Area Psychological Services, where she works with a
multidisciplinary team to promote mental well-being and
performance enhancement.
Dr. Theresa DeLorenzo is a registered dietitian and certified yoga instructor with expertise in holistic health. She takes a comprehensive approach to wellness, combining nutrition and mindful movement to help clients reach their full potential. Dr. DeLorenzo is the founder and owner of Nutrition for Optimal Performance, where she empowers individuals to improve their physical and mental health through personalized nutrition strategies and yoga practices.
Dr. Megan James is a physical therapist and certified running coach who specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation. With a deep understanding of the biomechanics of running and movement, she provides clients with personalized treatment plans and coaching to optimize their performance. Dr. James is the founder and owner of Immersion PT, where she helps athletes and active individuals recover, prevent injuries, and enhance their physical capabilities.
