TP3 is a holistic wellness program designed to enhance overall health, well-being, and athletic performance with expert guidance from:

Why TP3?

We believe in the mind-body connection and understand that true well-being cannot be achieved in isolation. In our clinical experience and personal athletic careers, we've seen the profound impact of a holistic approach—and the challenges when it's missing.

Modern healthcare often treats symptoms in isolation, without considering how different aspects of health are interconnected. This fragmented approach can lead to endless appointments across various specialists, missing the bigger picture. TP3 is different.

How TP3 Works

TP3 brings together three doctorally-trained specialists who work as a collaborative team to:

  • Define clear health and fitness goals
  • Provide personalized interventions for long-term success

Team photoDr. Holly Serrao is a licensed psychologist with advanced training in sports psychology. With a passion for helping individuals achieve peak performance, Dr. Serrao provides tailored psychological support to athletes and high-performing individuals. She is a co-owner of Capital Area Psychological Services, where she works with a multidisciplinary team to promote mental well-being and performance enhancement.

Dr. Theresa DeLorenzo is a registered dietitian and certified yoga instructor with expertise in holistic health. She takes a comprehensive approach to wellness, combining nutrition and mindful movement to help clients reach their full potential. Dr. DeLorenzo is the founder and owner of Nutrition for Optimal Performance, where she empowers individuals to improve their physical and mental health through personalized nutrition strategies and yoga practices.

Dr. Megan James is a physical therapist and certified running coach who specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation. With a deep understanding of the biomechanics of running and movement, she provides clients with personalized treatment plans and coaching to optimize their performance. Dr. James is the founder and owner of Immersion PT, where she helps athletes and active individuals recover, prevent injuries, and enhance their physical capabilities.
